Free Airport Open House and Festival
Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31 10:00am – 4:00pm
Featuring The History Restored Tour with the B-29 Doc, B-25 Berlin Express, and P-51 Gunfighter plus AT-6 Checkers!!
Offering once in a lifetime RIDES and GROUND TOURS in these famous WWII aircraft
Media Day #1 – Wednesday Aug 27 approximately 3PM when the B-29 arrives. Great B roll footage opportunity. Interviews available with pilots, crew, veterans.
Media Day #2 - Friday August 29 9AM to witness one of the B-29 flights donated to the local FOP to give free rides to law enforcement officers.

You can tour these historic aircraft and actually fly a mission in either a B-25, the type bomber used in the Doolittle Tokyo Raid, or one of only two B-29’s still flying which brought an end WWII. Or hop in a P-51 Mustang, the preeminent fighter in the European Theatre, for the thrill ride of a lifetime!
